Leylines ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our worldbuilding platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information (email address, display name)
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)
• World content you create (nodes, leylines, fragments, media uploads)
• Communications with our support team

We automatically collect:

• IP address and browser information
• Device and operating system details
• Pages visited and feature usage patterns

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Leylines platform
• Process subscription payments via Stripe
• Send essential service emails (password resets, subscription updates)
• Improve our platform and fix issues
• Enforce our terms of service

Your Content and AI

Your world content is yours. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell data to third parties, or mine your creations for any purpose beyond providing the service. All linguistic generation in Leylines runs client-side in your browser — your content never leaves your device for processing.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (PostgreSQL database and cloud storage). Media files are stored in a Supabase Storage bucket. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Data Export and Deletion

You can export all your world data at any time in Obsidian-compatible Markdown, JSON Canvas, or structured JSON format. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@leylines.app.

• Resend — Transactional email delivery

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
